Yes, Kelley offers ground and air freight services to and from Canada and Mexico. Customs assistance is taken care of by Kelley. We typically need the shipper’s Customs outbound and inbound broker names. These are Customs brokers who only handle Customs paperwork for Customs clearance and have a prior power-of-attorney relationship usually with the shipper. The shipper’s Bill of Lading and declared value paperwork must match exactly in descriptions before customs will clear it. Kelley handles all the other details.
